Baked Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw rice
- 1 can beef bouillon soup (undiluted)
- 1 can beef consomme soup (undiluted)
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 stick oleo - 1/4 lbs
- No salt or pepper
Preparation:
Grease 2 qt. baking dish. Combine rice, beef bouillon soup and beef consomme soup. Add onion and oleo. Bake 1 hour or until liquid is absorbed. Stir once or twice during baking process.
