Beefy Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 cup white rice, uncooked
- 2 cans beef consomme with gelatin added
- 2 cans sliced mushrooms
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 diced onion
Preparation:
Combine rice, consomme, mushrooms, oleo and onion. Put in 13x9-inch pan and bake at 350° F for 35 to 40 minutes uncovered.
