Brown Rice With Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 1 can beef consomme soup
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 2 cup rice
  • 1 sm. can mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 2 cans water

Preparation:

Grease bowl with butter. Place soups and rice in bowl. Add 2 cans water and mushrooms. Stir well and cover. Place in 350° oven for 30 minutes or until rice is tender. Serve with hamburger, steak or other beef entree.
