Browned Rice Pilaf
Ingredients:
- 1 1/3 cup minute rice
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup finle chopped onion
- 1 1/3 cup chicken bouillon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation:
Sauté rice and onion in butter over medium heat until golden brown, stirring frequently. Add salt. then gradually stir in chicken bouillon. Bring quickly to a boil over high heat. Cover, remove from heat, and let stand 5 minutes.
