Anchovy Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
- 6 Tbsp Star Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp Star Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Star Anchovy fillets, chopped fine
- water
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a covered jar and shake well. Chill in refrigerator. Before serving, shake thoroughly.
