Auntie Ema's Tomato Salsa
Ingredients:
- 1 can (1 lbs 12 oz.) whole-tomatoes, including liquid
- 1 lg Fresh tomato; peeled
- 1-1/2 tsp Minced garlic
- 1/4 cup Chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup Finely chopped Chinese-parsley
- 1-1/2 tsp Dried chili flakes or 1-fresh green chili; minced
Preparation:
Notes: From Hawaiian Electric Kitchen. Dice tomatoes. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill several hours before serving.
