Auntie Ema's Tomato Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (1 lbs 12 oz.) whole-tomatoes, including liquid
  • 1 lg Fresh tomato; peeled
  • 1-1/2 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup Chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped Chinese-parsley
  • 1-1/2 tsp Dried chili flakes or 1-fresh green chili; minced

Preparation:

Notes: From Hawaiian Electric Kitchen. Dice tomatoes. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill several hours before serving.
