Basic Salsa
Ingredients:
- 2 cup Main ingredient; chopped (tomato; mango, corn, blackbeans; pineapple, etc,)
- 2 Tbsp Chopped red onion
- 2 Tbsp Minced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup Coarsely chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup Lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients well. Allow to sit in refrigerator for a few hours.
