Chocolate Scones
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation:
Combine all scone ingredients except milk and vanilla. Add milk and vanilla, stir until just blended. Turn onto floured surface. Pat to 3/4-inch thickness.
Cut into wedges and bake on ungreased sheets. Serve with Chocolate Butter.
