Chocolate Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp powdered cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation:

Beat whipping cream until it begins to thicken. While continuing to beat add vanilla, then gradually add powdered sugar and cocoa. Beat until very stiff, but do not over beat.

Serve with cakes, scones, or other desserts.
