Baked Fish Au Gratin
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 lbs Haddock or sole fillets
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 can Cream of celery soup
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp Parsley
- 1 ds Paprika
Preparation:
Dip fish in flour. Arrange in Pam-sprayed baking dish. Blend cream of celery soup and milk. Spread over fish in pan. Sprinkle with grated cheese, parlsley and paprika.
Bake at 350° F. for 45 mins. until fish flakes easily with fork.
