Baked Fish with Hot and Spicy Spinach

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch Fresh, clean spinach; stems center vein removed
  • 1 sm Bunch fresh clean-cilantro; stems removed
  • 1 Egg white
  • 3 Cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Dark sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Hot pepper flakes
  • 6 oz. Swordfish; (4 Each)

Preparation:

Fit food processor with metal blade and whir all ingredients together. Place the above mixture on fresh fish filets and bake in 325° F. oven until fish flakes easily, about 15-29 minutes.
