Baked Fish with Hot and Spicy Spinach
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch Fresh, clean spinach; stems center vein removed
- 1 sm Bunch fresh clean-cilantro; stems removed
- 1 Egg white
- 3 Cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp Grated fresh ginger
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Dark sesame oil
- 1 tsp Hot pepper flakes
- 6 oz. Swordfish; (4 Each)
Preparation:
Fit food processor with metal blade and whir all ingredients together. Place the above mixture on fresh fish filets and bake in 325° F. oven until fish flakes easily, about 15-29 minutes.
