Foil Baked Fish
Ingredients:
- 1 Minced garlic clove
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Crushed oregano
- 1/2 tsp Crushed basil
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup Corn oil
- 1/4 cup Chopped onion
- 1-1/2 tsp Grated lemon peel
- 3 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 4 to 5 lbs Fish
Preparation:
Mix together garlic, salt, oregano, basil, thyme and pepper. Stir in onion, lemon peel and lemon juice. Tear off 1 sheet of 18-inch heavy duty aluminum foil twice length of fish plus 3 ; place foil in baking pan with half the piece extending over the edge.
Place fish on foil; pour marinade over fish. Bring extending part over and seal on 3 sides with double folds; refrigerate 1 hour. Bake in 375° F oven about 45 minutes.
