Asparagus With Celery Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 (16 oz.) can asparagus spears
- 1/2 cup cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Preparation:
Drain asparagus. Arrange on serving platter.
Mix remaining ingredients in small pan. Heat to boiling. Pour over asparagus. More lemon juice may be added if desired.
