Chilled Asparagus with Hazelnuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lbs fresh asparagus

Dressing Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp freshly grated orange zest
  • 2 tsp fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped roasted hazelnutsp

Preparation:

Steam asparagus until crisp-tender. Drain well; chill.

Whisk together all ingredients for the dressing, except nuts. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle over chilled asparagus, then top with the chopped hazelnuts.
