Apple Raisin Pecan Stuffing

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium tart apple, cored and diced
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch nutmeg and allspice
  • Salt, to taste

Preparation:

Quickly sauté apple in butter until apple begins to brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir together with other ingredients.
