Bit-o-Barley Stuffing
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cup Bit-O-Barley
- 1/2 cup Ground raw cashews or almonds
- 1 Tbsp Unrefined Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Sage
- 1 1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp Celery seed (ground with nuts)
- 3 Tbsp Onion flakes or fresh onion, chopped
- 1 cup Tomato puree
- 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cup Wheat Germ
- Sea salt to taste (optional)
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients and bake in an oiled casserole dish at 350° F for one hour.
