Broccoli Stuffing Bake
Ingredients:
- 8 cups milk
- 6 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 16 beaten eggs
- 12 cups herb seasoned croutons
- 8 - 10 oz. packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation:
Heat milk and cheese in saucepan until blended. Gradually stir hot mixture into eggs in mixing bowl. Add croutons, broccoli and salt. Mix well.
Turn into four greased 2-quart casseroles. Bake at 325° F for 45 minutes.
