Chicken and Stuffing

Ingredients:

  • 4 cup Stove Top stuffing
  • 4 to 6 skinless chicken breast
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • paprika to taste

Preparation:

Mix stuffing mix with 1 1/4 cups of boiling water and 4 Tbsp margarine. Spoon stuffing across center of 3-quart shallow baking dish. Place chicken on sides of stuffing. Sprinkle paprika over chicken. Mix soup, milk and parsley. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 400° F for 30-40 minutes.
