Carrot Tofu Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 jar prune baby food
- 1/3 cup raspberry/strawberry butter
- 1/2 block Mori-Nu Lite tofu
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
