American Farm Turkey Sausages
Ingredients:
- 5 lbs Turkey; grind fine
- 3/4 Tbsp Black pepper
- 3 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Sage
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1 Bay leaf; crushed
- 1 cup Cold water
Preparation:
Combine the ingredients in order as listed in a large bowl; mix well. Shape into 12 patties using about 1/4 cup of mixture per patty. Patties can either be pan-fried or frozen for later use.
