Barded Wild Turkey Hors D'oeuvres
Ingredients:
- 1 lbs wild turkey
- Italian salad dressing
- jalapeño pepper slices
- bacon slices, cut in half
Preparation:
Cut turkey in strips 1 1/2-inches wide by 3 to 4-inches long. Marinate in Italian salad dressing for 1 hour or longer. Roll turkey strip around pepper slice.
Wrap with bacon slice; secure with toothpick. Grill or broil until done.
