Basic Turkey Burger Plus
Ingredients:
- 1 lbs Turkey; ground
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Bread crumbs; seasoned
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup Onions; finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Egg; beaten
- 4 Buns, burger; toasted
Preparation:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except burger buns. Shape meat mixture into four patties, 1/2-inch thick. Broil or grill burgers about 6 inches from heat, for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
