Apricot Venison Meatballs for Fondue
Ingredients:
- 1 lbs ground venison
- 2 tsp beef bouillon granules
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chopped dried apricotsp
- pepper to taste
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients. Form into small meatballs for fondue.
