Baked Dove in Wine Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 10 Doves
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Sherry

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350° F. Dredge doves in flour and brown in butter and garlic. Place in baking dish; cover with water and sherry. Bake 1 hour.
