Baked Dove in Wine Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Flour
- 10 Doves
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Sherry
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350° F. Dredge doves in flour and brown in butter and garlic. Place in baking dish; cover with water and sherry. Bake 1 hour.
