Elk Swiss Steak

Ingredients:

  • Elk steak
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1/4 to 1/2 onion
  • water

Preparation:

Brown 1 elk steak (cut to serving size pieces) on both sides. Cut up onion, put in pan with steak. Turn heat down. Mix soup with 2 cans of water. Pour it over the steak. Bake in oven for 1 1/2 - 2 hours at 350° F.
