Cheesy Roast Beef Wraps
Ingredients:
- Cheesy Dipping Sauce (below)
- 1/4 cup Mustard
- 6 Garden vegetable-flavoredflour tortillas (8-inch dia.)
- 3/4 lbs Thinly sliced cooked roastbeef
- 1 cup Lightly packed spinachleaves
- 1 md Bell pepper, cut into strips
Cheesy Dipping Sauce Ingredients:
- Cheesy Dipping Sauce (below)
- 1 Jar (16 oz.) process cheesespread
- 2 Tbsp Milk
- 4 md Green onions, sliced (1/2 cup)
Preparation:
Prepare cheesy dipping sauce. Spread 2 tsp. mustard over each tortilla. Top with roast beef, spinach and bell pepper. Roll up tortillas. Serve with sauce.
Cheesy Dipping Sauce: Heat cheese spread and milk in 1 1/2 quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Stir in onions. Serve warm.
